Film and production housing
Film and production crews working on a production for a season are one of the main groups we house in furnished homes. Most of the big stages sit along the Vancouver and Burnaby border, with another cluster on the North Shore.
Homes below are ordered by distance to the nearest of Vancouver Film Studios, Bridge Studios, Mammoth Studios, and North Shore Studios.

A production season usually lands in the 90-day category.
For a season-long stay, check the home’s dates, agreement and building rules. Stays of 90 consecutive days or more are outside BC’s provincial short-term rental definition, but other local and tenancy requirements can still apply.
For a shorter shoot, confirm the home’s eligibility under local licensing and provincial requirements, including any qualifying exemption. Agree on the rental terms before anyone moves in.
