How we’ve grown.

Our company, Artin, was named after founder Jordan Deyrmenjian’s late grandfather, Artin. What started as a renovation project led to becoming Vancouver’s largest short-term rental management company and a licensed brokerage under the BCFSA.

Our company takes pride in our resilience and flexibility, overcoming significant challenges like COVID and navigating complex regulations at every level of government. Driven by passion and integrity, our journey continues as we focus on building a unified platform that makes renting—whether short, mid, or long-term—easier and more seamless for both tenants and property owners.

2017
Our founder

Jordan Deyrmenjian began Artin’s journey with a renovation on East 35th, transforming a Vancouver Special into a modern home.

Fell in love with hospitality

Became a Superhost and expanded from 1 to 2 properties.

2020
COVID realization

COVID revealed the need for accommodations beyond Airbnb. Grew to 5 properties.

Scaling operations

Reached 30 properties, opened an office, and built a full-time team.
